В Багамах отсутствует специальное законодательство, регулирующее использование электронных сигарет. По данным за 2019 год, примерно 4 500 человек регулярно используют электронные системы доставки никотина. Это означает, что распространённость такой практики среди взрослых составляла 1,5%. При этом доля мужчин была выше — 2,5%, а среди женщин этот показатель составлял 0,5%.
