Никотин-заместительная терапия (НЗТ) разрешена в Бахрейне, а её препараты регулируются как лекарственные средства. Реклама препаратов НЗТ также находится под контролем. Использование и продажа НЗТ-продукции разрешены, и их можно приобрести без рецепта. Препараты НЗТ широко представлены в аптеках по всей стране. Государство поддерживает НЗТ, включая её препараты в перечень жизненно необходимых лекарств. Стоимость НЗТ полностью покрывается государством.
