В Сингапуре действуют строгие меры регулирования в отношении вейпов и электронных сигарет: запрещён их ввоз как для личного пользования, так и для коммерческих целей, а также продажа, покупка (в том числе через интернет) и реклама. Согласно данным, предоставленным первоисточниками для GSTHR, владение такими изделиями считается уголовным правонарушением, а у туристов эти продукты подлежат изъятию.
