Heated Tobacco Products (HTPs) are regulated as tobacco products and are allowed in Canada including online sales. However, there are some restrictions to observe. HTPs are not allowed to use in public places, health warnings are required on their packaging, health claims are not allowed, and restrictions exist on their flavours.
